The Baby Boomer total of the population is around 73 million and about 20 million are actively participating in the workforce. 

My goal is to help you create a compelling future for yourself in an encore career. In today's episode, I will talk about five conversations you need to have when beginning your encore career.

Now, there are five conversations you need to have when beginning your encore career. It’s easy to say, but it can be very challenging. By learning these, you will get used to “selling yourself” in front of a safer crowd before you take your business public. 

We'll dive deeper into these concepts:

  • Conversation with Your Mentors/Peers 

  • Conversation with Your Lawyer/Accountant
