Think about these three words: agility, resilience, and process – what they might mean in your business and why you need to balance all three.
Look for several right answers because, at this point, you're trying to look into an uncertain future.
Look into making a SWOT analysis. Then get back to that business model canvas because I think it really gives you more granular information and more specific things to work on.
