We all know and understand that the COVID-19 pandemic changed everything. It changed the way we do work, where we do work, and most importantly who is in the workforce. As a result of these changes, many business owners and employees have had to rethink what work really means. Some who were planning on leaving the workforce soon have been forced to stay while others who were planning on working for years are now being forced to resign.
All of these changes led to me some deep reflection on the idea of the “encore career.” To combine my research with my years of experience, on June 9th I’m hosting a webinar called “4 Actions to Jumpstart Your Encore Career.” In the webinar, we’ll spend some time talking about practical steps to expand your possibilities and how to create your own “company of one.”
