#121: Get the Help You Need to Focus on What Only You Can Do with Tasha Wilmore

Today, I’m talking with Tasha Wilmore. Tasha is the owner of Help On Deck, a firm that supplies support work for entrepreneurs.

Tasha has a remarkable story about creating her business. She is a military spouse and helps other military spouses have a remote work career. Because those serving in the military often relocate, being able to do remote work is a great help for spouses.

In this episode, Tasha and I talk about how her company helps entrepreneurs get the help they need. A few of her services include logistics, travel management, client liaison, email management, CRM management, scheduling/calendar, and social media. Most of the time, these activities will take up a lot of your time and not earn you any money. Therefore, it just makes sense to outsource them.

Tune in to hear all about how Tasha can help you do just that as you’re building and scaling your Encore Career.

We'll dive deeper into these concepts:

  • Tasha’s business-building journey.

  • How to set your prices.

  • How Tasha learned all of the tools she needed to use in her business.

  • How to figure out what you need help with in your business.

  • How to know when to delegate a task.

  • How to stay in communication with your outsource help without micromanaging them.

  • The benefits of having processes in your business.
