Most people have a default or go-to mode when someone brings a problem or an issue to them, almost like having a tool belt around your waist. And so, when someone brings a situation to you, what is the tool you’re most likely to pull out?
Having a coach can accelerate your progress in creating your encore career. While coaching and being coached is simple, it can take a lifetime to master. Helping people think through the problem is usually a better move – and that's essentially what coaching is about.
