Whether you’re leading a manufacturing business or you’re a silver entrepreneur, it’s important to be clear on who you’re selling your products, services, or ideas to – literally. You can’t sell to just anyone and everyone. In the end, organizations don’t buy from you, but people do. 

Today, I’m going to discuss some simple steps to help you create your customer avatar as well as a quick review of value propositions. By having a clear picture of who your ideal customer is, it will be much easier for you to define your value proposition as they’re both interwoven.
