#66: Apprenticeships with Mandy Parchert

In this episode, I’m talking with Mandy Parchert. She is a workforce development partner at HNI Corporation in Muscatine, Iowa. She has led a community effort to work on building the future manufacturing workforce in our local area.

Mandy works with anyone from K through 12, to community members, politicians, and just about anyone necessary to increase awareness about the careers available in the manufacturing industry as well as how to develop the talent today that we need in the future, specific to the manufacturing industry.
