Questions to Ask When Creating New Habits of Mind

Today I wanted to share some self-introspective questions that will encourage you to create (or at least consider creating) new habits of mind.

As a leader, your role is to help others make sense of and act in the world. In order to do this, you have to show up.

So, my first question to you is - how do you view yourself?

Do you have any mindfulness routines? What is working for you? What isn’t?

The second question is, can you offer something that someone else needs to know? A lot of your job is to help others make sense of the world.  Consider learning how to work in the New World, how to do new activities, use new tools, and new technologies.

My final question asks you to ponder how you are interacting with the world.

How can you show up to be 1% better each day?

What small step can you take to become a better, stronger, and more present leader?

I hope you will take some time to consider these questions. Determine how you want to show up in the world as a leader and perhaps by creating some new habits of mind, you can achieve your vision.
